We’re proud to support a powerful new training programme delivered by Deaf women, for Deaf women—centred on lived experience, leadership, and opportunity.

Our training through our external partners offers safe, empowering spaces for Deaf women to grow their skills, confidence, and connections. Whether you're exploring career options, looking to build your leadership potential, or seeking a supportive community - this programme is built with you in mind.

What to Expect

• Accessible workshops in BSL (interpreter may also be provided)

• Peer-led learning with Deaf women facilitators

• Topics include confidence building, employment skills, leadership, and wellbeing

• A supportive environment where your voice and experience matter​

 

Who's it for?

This training is open to all Deaf women, including those who use BSL, have additional communication needs, or are exploring their identity as Deaf women.​
